At regular price, there are better options, and looking around at Samsung and other brands, it seems like Samsung is charging a small premium for their name-brand. That's cool and all, but when their are better TV's for less, they need to lower their prices a bit. At $850, I would probably give it 4/5 stars, but I was able to get it for $480 before tax, which is a killer deal.

I got this television for my grandmother. Easy to use, excellent picture.

This TV is phenomenal! I intended to buy a 43" TV. However, in the store the smaller ones really looked too small. I am so happy I decided to go larger. I had it out of the box and set up in 15 minutes. Samsung's crisp pic and vivid colors make it such a pleasure to watch. I also can't say enough about the store associates who helped me. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I absolutely love my new tv. This is the second Samsung I have purchased from Best Buy and it is amazing. I was watching a movie on Netflix and I felt like I was in the theatre. I was hesitant to get the Smart TV 4K but I am so glad I did. Everything in HD is unbelievable to watch. It is like you are in the picture. Sports are great to watch. I highly recommend this tv and get a Samsung. I just moved the one I had from the living room to the bedroom.

Purchased this TV to replace a ten year old 42" Toshiba Plasma. what a difference!! crisp, clear, black background is very good, viewing angle can affect the depth of the black though so make sure you are within a 30 degree viewing angle for best results. SmartHub TV is great, amazon, netflix etc.

After home delivery I waited to setup the new TV until I had finished building the new TV table to set it on. It wouldn't fit my old table. No problems setting up. I had to familiarize my self with the remote while adjusting the original setup. After learning the set worked perfectly as Samsung always does. Our home has 2 other Samsung TV's. All work just fine.

This is our first purchase of a Smart TV. The picture is fantastic. My main problem is that it is taking me a lot of time trying to learn how to navigate through all of the features. I am still finding features on the TV that I am not sure how to use or what the purpose is. I've gone through the tutorials, but still lost on how to add some apps. I'm just trying to absorb a few things at a time. Besides that, we are happy so far.

Loving this tv! Had this about a month and we enjoy the clarity, ease of use, and picture. Four stars until we've had it a little longer, but I'm sure it will pass our test!

We are enjoying our Samsung - 50 Class (49.5 Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV - Black very much. The picture quality on regular tv and Blu Ray DVD is outstanding!. Best Buy installed it on the wall and it looks great. Have not tried many of the Smart features yet but so far its easy to use and we are very happy with our purchase.

Just got my new Samsung. It was snap to set up and i am happy so far. sound and pictuere are great.

Television has a wonderful picture and sound. It is very light weight. Easy to set up and operate.

Have only had this UHD set for two weeks but love it so far. Great picture and sound along with so many other features. Delivered by Best Buy and set up by three very nice men. Don't even think of buying a regular HD when you can have the 4K Ultra High Def for such a reasonable price.
