We wanted a bigger TV for our basement. Didn't want to spend a lot and this is well worth the money. The picture quality is great and the sound is good. It was easy to mount on the wall too.

Everything on this TV is great - including the menu which is extremely fast in switching back between items such as your PS4/Cable and Netflix options. However, the only complaint is about after a week, the 'quick menu' disappeared. We were able to add most items back, EXCEPT for Netflix. We've been keeping it in the 'search' results so its quick to get to, but we've not been able to reset the TV settings as it has asked for a 4 digit passcode and we never set one up (and tried 1234, 1111, etc) but have not been able to get it reset (and honestly, over the holidays havent had time to call customer service). But, the TV is great otherwise, clear and crisp picture.

This TV has great picture quality, and I really love how the remote only has few buttons. It takes a couple of days to figure out but once you get the hang of it, it makes things easier

Great tv so far. Picture is outstanding and the remote is great. Like that it has a unique universal remote. Connectivity works great and is a bonus. Netflix and Amazon streaming is great.

Great picture and easy to setup to get all working including wifi. No programming for my fios remote to start working right away. Very thin and easy to mount the stand on it as well.

I was lucky enough to get this TV for the Black Friday price which really made this an excellent buy. This Smart TV has performed flawlessly. When you initially set it up it automatically detects all of the equipment you have attached to the TV (Cable Box, DVD player, Soundbar and Chromecast) The very sleek remote with a controller much like an iPod will control almost very piece of equipment. The only problem I had is that Verizon FIOS just switched over to Frontier in my area and the remote is having a little trouble controlling all of the functions. I did however install the same TV at my Daughters house and it controls their Direct TV box just fine.

I upgraded to a larger TV and 4K. Very pleased with quality. Easy to install and set up. Happy I did it!

I bought this TV to replace an old 40" Samsung that finally gave up the ghost. I had no ideal how far the technology had advanced until I brought this one home. The crazy thing is right out of the box the picture is remarkable, but then I read about other options and realized it had HDR technology in it, played with some more settings and the images are breathtaking. By the way, Netflix Movies, FiOS HD Channels, Roku HD channels all are way better on this TV than I have ever seen before. I highly recommend it to anybody wanting to go to the next level of television utopia. Now if I had more time to sit and watch the thing I could enjoy it even more.

Replaced my 42 in.Phillips tv with this 50 in samsung. Picture quality is much better and color is much clearer. So far this tv is quite an improvement.Also bought it on sale so worth the price as well. Picture on the more expensive models were better which is why only 4 stars

Television performs as described. Great picture quality. Easy setup. Simple to use universal remote that operates tv, cable, sound bar, etc. I would buy again and I highly recommend.

The apps fire up instantly and the remote does things you would never imagine from such a simple looking device. Controls everything. Picture is amazing and 4K Netflix is mind-blowing!

We have been very happy with this TV It was purchased for Christmas. The remote is really nice when you figure out all the things that it can do. Color and clarity is great.

I have nothing but great things to say about this TV. The picture, sound quality and easy to maneuver remote control are just a few of its attributes. I will never get another brand.

We have been looking for a great deal on a 4k TV and when we saw this deal we jumped. This has a clear picture and I love the start features. Easy set up and not bad sound quality.

Purchased this for our small 'theater' at home and it works great! It has an excellent picture! And being smart allows us to use apps on it. Great purchase especially for the price.

My first foray into 4k....This is an entry level TV but was worth the price....all the smart TV features and apps you need...beautiful picture...upgrades your 1080p....replaced a 720p LCD Sony...glad I did!Sound could be better but few TV's have good sound...a good buy.

I did an unbelievable amount of homework and research while deciding what to buy. The UN50KU6300 is the model that kept coming to the top of my list each time. I would have loved to have the 55 or 60", but my budget would not allow. This tv does not disappoint. I do not have cable tv, but do have awesome broadband internet. I am hooked up with an OTA leaf antenna, and I get a lot of channels. The ones that broadcast in HD are absolutely beautiful. I even used the YouTube app to play some 4K videos. The word wow just keeps coming to mind. This set has a learning curve, and its best to just sit down and familiarize yourself with it. The Smart Remote takes a little while to get used to, but it didn't take me long. Besides the high ratings by both tech sites and by consumers, I chose this model because it has a digital tuner, digital optical output, Bluetooth capability, Ethernet port, 3 HDMI in and 2 USB ports, and great location of all connections. The speakers are really nice, not necessarily needing external sound, but I chose to use my current sound bar for an enhanced experience. I might also add that this model has the ability to set the sound for cancelling out background noise, i.e. like with sporting events. I chose to purchase a new surge protector, as well as a safety strap, which secures this tv to the location it sits on, as well as to the wall stud. Great idea and investment, as even though it rests nicely on the stand, I didn't want to take any chances. This TV is a keeper. So glad I got one......it was the last one left after a busy Black Friday weekend.

Great TV, very good picture and poor audio. Not as bad as the 32" Samsung I bought alongg with it but...not great. So plan on wiring into your stereo or buy a soundbar. The smart tv part ks awesome. Connected to our wifi and boom its netflix, HBO and Azon prime.

The new TV is very nice. The screen is bright and has many options and functions. It is light weight and slim so it is easy to move around and mount to the wall. The setup was easy and straight forward. It only took me a few minutes to set it up and connect to my wireless system. It comes preloaded with a variety of applications like Netflix. The only complaint that I have is that when you go to Netflix, it brings up a few items you have viewed but not "My List" or the menu to browse. I could not figure it out so I went onto the internet to find the answer. I found it because others had the same issue. Once you get to the Netflix application and hit it, you must use the "Up: arrow to bring up the Netflix menu where you will find your list and can browse the movie list. No where does Samsung tell you or show you that there are hidden menu items. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.
