The picture is jumpy and/or staggers at times. We have made several adjustments to the settings and bought a more expensive 4k hdmI cable and it's not better.

Also, some letters in guide & info are jagged. Geek guy installers said it was due to cable signal/box. Had cable company come out. Changed box, checked signal. No difference.

Would have expected a clearer picture

I was expecting much better seeing that I had a old smaller TV that gives me a clearer picture and this is much newer technology.

I was excited to have it, but when we got it out of the package it had a GIGANTIC scratch in the screen. So I returned it for something else
