This tv was great but now on and off button on back won’t work and it is off warranty. Funny thing is that we use remote 99% of time. Just does not seem that it should fail last tv from different manufacturer is still running and it’s 3xolder but size is why I got this one

I have had several Samsung TV's and I'm generally satisfied however this model seems to have constant issues with the input source. I regularly (3x week) have to unplug power to resolve.

Vibrating Video

I bought this TV before a week. When I made all the connection and opened the TV, I found the video quality was excellent. after a day the quality of video had gone down. In a playing video moving parts of body like hand, head were vibrating and it became unclear. Sometimes it automatically shut down. Power button of remote was also not functioning at the time of that video vibrating. Then I returned the TV to Best Bye Center at Irving Texas. I told to the sales representatives that I wanna to pick another piece of same TV, but they refused to provide me the same TV. They frequently told that the TV is working, but that piece of TV was not good. Finally I took a TV of another brand.

For the price I was concerned that this TV might not measure up to some of the pricier models. Although there probably is some differences, I couldn't notice them in the store in side by side comparisons. The picture is everything you'd expect from a 4K UHD TV. Deep blacks, vibrant colors (it is HDR despite the specifications on this site saying otherwise at the time of this writing -- both indicated on the box and apparent in the image quality), and jaw-dropping detail. We have enjoyed streaming UHD content from Netflix (documentaries that really show off UHD, House of Cards, etc) and Amazon Prime.
We really like Samsung Smart View which allows us to use our phones as remotes as well as easily stream pictures, music, and videos to the TV with a tap on the screen.
Set-up was ridiculously easy. In the box were the TV, two pieces for the stand (very durable construction), the remote, and cables. It only required me to use a phillips head screwdriver to attach the stand pieces together and then to the TV. Plug in the TV, connect the LAN cable (this is optional since Wi-Fi is built in), HDMI to the cable box and HDMI to the XBox One, digital optical to the stereo, and it's done. Literally, once I turned it on, it set itself up with little input required from me (detects the cable box and XBox one which them become controllable through the remote and Samsung Smart View app on my phone). This was the easiest TV setup I think I have ever had (10 minutes to unbox and put together and 10 to hook it all up), and we wind up with a more convenient-to-use system.
This holiday season I predict everyone will be getting UHD and this model will be leading the way. The picture is breath-taking, the set-up is a snap, and the price is in the same range as far inferior HD TVs.

I purchased this item with high interest in using its "smart" features... the TV has not connected to the internet yet. After a lots of phone calls between the internet provider and Samsung I ended up with a new modem, new router, a technician from Spectrum who confirmed properly working internet, and no smart functions on my TV because over a month later Samsung still has not taken care of the issue. I'm still waiting on a technician to call and schedule a time to come repair a tv that shouldn't have failed within its first week in use! DO NOT BUY THIS TV! this is my SECOND Samsung smart TV that fails!

We had previously had a Vizio tv that had a good picture But didn't last very long. Reviews were good on this Samsung so we went with it. The picture is terrible. It's blurry, not happy with it at all.

Did not like. Apps sucked! No crackle and no android operating system. You can't do anything with this tv if you a tech person. Very restrictive and mostly all the apps were for other countries.

I hate the remote. There are no numbers and when you hit the volume on the remote the TV pauses. Tried to sync by cable remote to the TV but no luck. Would not recommend this TV.

We did not like the quality of the picture. Seemed almost blurry. Returned it for a Sony, which is 100% better. It was only about $50 more. So worth it.
