the setup was easy, could do it in under 10 minutes, and it was easy to set up the TV remote to work with cable box and blu-ray player so that it works like a universal remote. picture quality is excellent and with so many apps on SmartTV, so long as one has internet connection, it eliminates the need to subscribe to some of the channels from the cable money therefore saving money every month.

I bought this tv on sale after finally deciding to replace an older plasma tv. The tv has a beautiful picture, is very easy to use, and I'm able to use one remote for everything. The only downside is using the channel button on anything other than a full set top box. There's no channel guide or number buttons, so you have to find channel with the channel change button. Otherwise, a great tv!

This TV replaced a Samsung LED TV that I had just purchased under 2 years ago. The issue with my 2 year old TV is the mother board. I'm learning that most TVs and appliances have all of the individual functions/controls integrated into the mother board. This means, if you are having a problem with the volume control or a function on the TV you can't just replace that part. You have to replace the entire mother board. This becomes an expensive cost and you'll have to weigh the option of if it's worth spending that money on your older TV or just put it towards a new one like I did. I am planning on ordering the parts and repairing it myself. I will stay the Samsung parts, I'm hoping I will at least get a little break on the price. I did not purchase the extended warranty so it sits in by basement for now. I also have Samsung, refrigerator, microwave and gas range. So the decision to stay with Samsung was easy. They have been a trusted name in the appliance and TV industry. The LED TV with the 120 refresh rate has a great picture, that replaced a 1st generation of LCD TV. The Smart UHD 4K TV far better picture quality, cleaner, sharper, more vibrant colors. The Smart features are a nice welcome! Prices on these TVs on have dropped and are much more affordable. With that said, this makes it a great choice if you are thinking about buying a new TV!

This smart 4k TV is by far the best thing you can get for the money. It is easy use and such a great picture. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I was looking to upgrade to a smart 4K ultra HD, but wasn`t able to spend a ton to do so. I saw this advertised as a black fri doorbuster, so did some research on it. Afer reading a lot of positive reviews I decided to buy it. And so glad I did. The picture is great, love the features, easy to set up, easy to work. Very satisfied with this TV, and the price was fantastic.

I bought this $750 tv during Black Friday for $397.99 I would not have purchased this tv at $750 but it was a STEAL for $400! Great quality tv, Samsung has really come a long way with their apps and media content. I have an old Samsung smart Blu-ray player that I never use the smart media content because it is slow, and not user friendly, but this is so easy to use, and the user interface has come a long way. I love the smart remote, it connects to my devices and controls them, all with one remote. The quality of the picture is great. The price was a STEAL. I wish it had an aux audio input in addition to optical audio, so I'll have to get another cable for my sound bar, which is a bummer, but oh well. The auto-dim brightness on the tv is a bit dark, but between those two things, it's still not enough for me to deduct a whole star. The tv stand doesn't seem like it's connected all the way to the tv, I might have to contact Samsung and ask for another stand, because I don't want my tv to not be fully supported. If I get a chance, I'll post the picture of the stand to this review later. But overall, great buy.

This is a great product for an entry level 4K Samsung TV. Everything works great. Apps for Netflix and Amazon are stunning in 4K. It is 60 refresh rate and not HDR but like I said this is the entry level Samsung. I decided to wait on an HDR TV until everything is sorted out. I would buy this TV again with no hesitation.

Picture quality is fantastic. Very sharp and remote is easy to use. Menus are easy to navigate through also.

This was our first TV purchase...have had hand me downs for years. Can't say I have one issue. Picture is great, whether watching simple shows or high definition blu-Ray movies. Smart TV works beautifully - we use Netflix, Pandora, even simple web browsing. And it's so simple to use! Would highly recommend!

This Samsung TV is great. We read all the reviews online and found them very helpful. It has great color and the picture quality is good. The frame around the picture is small, making the TV have a clean and neat look. The remote control is easy to use. I would recommend this product.

Awesome picture. I enjoy it more than the older 60 in. What's really great is the no-brainer set up and operation. Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon, WD My Cloud ... no problem. I can watch movies including home movies at the touch of the Apple TV like remote. Another Samsung slam dunk.

I got this TV for my parents as a Christmas present. It was so nice I also purchased one for myself. Saved hundreds BUT WOULD'VE paid full price b/c the picture on this TV is excellent, it is feature rich and easy to set up and use. This is the best TV I have ever owned!

I love my new TV. Set up was easy and user friendly. Picture is great. Very simple and user friendly. Remote seems very easy to use and set up with other devices. Still have to use cable remote to access some functions. Overall it's been great.

This is my first smart tv and it was a pain to set up. It seems to require that you use the Samsung remote to control your cable box. Unfortunately, it's very sleek and has only a few buttons. If you want to enter a 3 digit channel, you must arrow up on the tv screen and click on each number. There are no numbers on the remote. It takes about 12 clicks of the remote just to set the sleep timer. I watch Amazon programming a lot and have been using my smart DVD player or a fire stick. I was looking forward to watching it on my new tv, but Amazon stopped working the second day. The smart hub would not reset so Samsung had to access my tv and reset it for me. This has happened 5 or 6 times now and I can now reset the smart hub myself but every time you reset it, you must re-enter all your passwords for each app and get a code from Amazon online to sign in again. All in all, I expected better from Samsung.

Mighty fine pictures, plenty of features. My research led me to this TV at a fair price. Within the first month I owned it, BestBuy reduced the price twice. They promptly put the difference back on my credit card each time I asked.

The picture quality on this 4K TV is amazing! The smart TV functionality, is also a nice bonus. Using this 4K TV as a PC monitor also works great with no noticeable input lag. Updating the TV was a breeze as well.

I have owned this TV for a few weeks now. Wanted to give it plenty of time before writing a review. PRO's: This is a great TV overall. Picture is gorgeous. Crystal clear, and the 4K content looks amazing. Extremely happy with the picture quality. I don't use the built in speakers as I have a surround sound system, but when testing they sounded great. Remote seems to be a bit of an issue for some, but I found it to be quite impressive for what appears to be limited functionality. It connected with my TiVo, and once you get used to it (play around with it) you will find you can do most of what you need/want; however I have a universal remote I use for everything so its not really a big problem for me. CON: The only issue I have, and the reason I don't give it 5 stars, is there is an issue with its wireless connection. It connects to my wireless network, content plays fine, and 4K looks great. But if the TV has been off, it won't automatically connect. EVERY time I have to setup a new connection, choose my network and enter password. It connects right away and I have not had any issues with getting it connected, but its a process that must be done EVERY SINGLE TIME you turn on the TV. That tends to make it a bad experience at times. Not the end of the world though, and I am hopeful that a future firmware update will address this. I have other friends who have Samsung TV's and they also have the same issue so it seems to be a "known issue" with them. I have tried using 5GHz and 2.4 GHz, hidden and broadcasted SSID. Statically setting IP settings and DNS, of course rebooting my router and ensuring it has the latest firmware. Nothing will make this TV connect automatically. I must setup each time... Overall this TV is a great buy though and I would recommend it to someone looking for a great TV without breaking the bank.
