Display is great, clear colors and easy to install. I have ordered this for a friend and a LG 50" 4K for myself. The sound quality and clarity of LG is much better than Samsung.

The colors and blacks on this UHD 4k Samsung are fantastic, the reason for the 4 stars is the smart hub....Not really designed well, apps keep stopping while watching a program.

Second Samsung TV. Don't care for the remote on this model. Unable to locate the Time Warner Cable TV app like I use on the first Samsung. Picture Quality outstanding as expected

I got a great deal on this Samsung TV on Black Friday, but soon discovered that it had a screen defect; however, because of the Black Friday sales the TV was sold out so I couldn't immediately exchange it. I tried locating an open box buy, or work a transfer from another region, but didn't get anywhere with the local management. I finally called Geek Squad and scheduled service, but the part never came in. Long story short, about a month later, the store received a shipment of new TV's and I was able to finally switch it out, plus I convinced the nice lady in customer service to hook me up.....she gave me a $50 gift card!
