Purchased this TV for our bedroom. Didn’t want to spend a fortune. Was listed cheaper on Amazon, and Best Buy price matched. Was so easy and quick. So received for great price. Has nice pic. Sound is totally fine. Lots of “smart tv” apps...very pleased with purchase for a 50” 4K HDMI smart TV that cost only this amount.

Purchased this TV for my mother-in-law. I already own several Samsung TV’s so it was a no-brainer for me to buy another. The picture quality is superior, the viewing angle is also better than I expected. Have had it for about 1 year and had no trouble at all. Easy to connect...

Easy to set up and program. great picture and quality

Had a Samsung previously, died after 4 years. Decided to go for the Vizio, man that was a bad choice. Immediately returned the Vizio and got this Samsung 50". I am happy with the picture and sound quality. Love playing Spotify on this. My only suggestion is to have an easier access to switching source on the remote control.

Good pictures. Fast response to the command of the remote. I also appreciate the built-in "smart" features.

Love it and fully appreciated both Jack and Ernie at my local Best Buy. Will be adding some technology for Christmas

More than just a TV...it is an entirely new entertainment experience...the high quality of the picture makes you believe you could be standing in a field...or next to the ocean...or chasing a character....the cooking channels are as if you could dive into the food...only thing missing is the smell...this tv is amazing.

Superior assistance in purchase and installation. Could not be happier. Universal remote makes all the difference.

I always get Samsung tv, when my 3-year-old Samsung smart tv started to have an issue (keeps on restarting) I went to Best Buy and see which TV I can buy that is within my budget. I wanted to go with other brands but since I like how Samsung TV's are and this one supports 4K for I think $600+ I decided to get this one.

I wanted a lighter TV than the plasma I was replacing. This will be great when the 4K transmission is more common.

Purchased this TV for my loft space. Not too big, great sound quality from the internal tv speakers(great for night time), and excellent picture quality. No lag or skipping with action movies, however I have noticed a slight delay with voices and mouth movement from time to time. Overall recommended to all

This was purchased for my Mother In Law as she is in her 80's . She has had problems with seeing the picture clearly and hearing the audio from her dining room table, which Both problems have been cleared up! Great Picture and Audio for Seniors.

Samsung - 50" Class (49.5" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV, I pick up this new tv at best BestBuy, again at a great price, I've never bought an open box before, while at the store I walk by the open box deal and I look at and there was nothing wrong with it, I save more and I'm very happy

Great TV but operating manual leaves a lot to be desire! Why could a good one not be enclosed with the unit?

My first smart TV... it was a really good choice; I have been pleased with it since I bought it years ago. That being said, I would have given it 5 stars except for the following drawbacks: 1) The Samsung hub store does not produce many new apps. 2) The Samsung TV comes with many apps stored on the TV that you cannot delete. So you have to expand the TV's memory with a USB drive to add more apps because the TV's memory is full of junk apps. 3) Which causes the TV to drop your apps from the "home screen" periodically - so you have to reload them each time. 4) The primary Samsung TV app is aggravating and will hijack the internet connection - it is the worst app on the TV. I would uninstall it but you can't. 5) For some strange reason, the sound is 9000 decibels when you turn the TV on. - Loud enough that a mile away can hear it. You have to cycle through the audio outputs and it drops down to some reasonable level. - So hopefully nothing with sound is on right when you turn on the TV. 6) And lastly, I had a Samsung Blu-ray player that even Samsung could not figure out why sound from the Blu-ray player would work on the 32" Samsung TV, but not the 50" Samsung TV.

I had similar tv of 55 inch , that I bought last year. It works great and has very good audio quality too.

we all know Samsung is the best tv on the market, I purchase an open box and all it was missing was a stand screw, I mounted on the wall, no issue the tv was brand new, great buy, I would do it again, next you looking to save look through the open box deals, is awesome, best always has the best.

I have a medium size room and I was debating between the 55 inch and a 50 inch. I decide to go with the 50 inch and I have no regrets. This picture quality is phenomenal. I also have a lot of devices that attached via HDMI and the Samsung connected with them all flawlessly. I am very happy.
