I love that it is 4K and has a nice color and awesome speakers sound you can change in TV settings.

Got this for our family room to replace an older Panasonic plasma. Nice picture, but had some motion blur on fast moving content. Overall a good TV for the money.

Purchased this model at a great sale price, after reading several reviews at numerous sites. Bought this for my daughter and her spouse, and most importantly for the grandson. They were watching a 26 inch, 1080p. I asked my daughter how they liked having a 50 inch 4k model, and she said they were really "wowed" with the clarity and intense color of this set. Great buy for small family room or apartment.

I purchased this TV after my older LG TV died on me. I did a ton of research on the best 4K TVs and I decided on this Samsung 50" Smart 4K Ultra TV. It has been over a year and I still love this TV as if I just bought it yesterday. The sound is amazing! I had a sound bar for my old LG TV and I only use it for this Samsung TV if I want my movie to be extra loud. Otherwise the audio from this TV is more than enough. My only complaint about this TV is that it's not for side viewing. You get the best picture when right across from this TV, but that's to be expected at this price point. I highly recommend this TV as an intro. to a 4K Ultra TV.

As more technologies are shifting into 4K, I decided to go through and upgrade my tv. I have a small space to fill so the 50in were plenty to do the trick. The quality of the tv is great, when the streaming services provide a 4k experience, most don't right now. But the TV has at least increased its shelf life by having the higher resolution. It does look great, I don't need a soundbar to have it be loud enough to fill the area, and the fact that the remote can be programmed universal (even with the Apple TV remote) is a really nice bonus.
