Just plugged it in, connect to WiFi and boom you’re done. I had it set up in 5 minutes. I was concerned about the sound quality, but it turns out to be very sufficient. Design is simple and sleek so it blends well with my living room. For my needs this tv is great for the price. Looks like it is further discounted for Black Friday deals this year. No complaints.

Great Samsung TV

The pick procedure was great and the customer rep to wheel the TV to my vehicle. I was a little upset with the installation and set up (by the Geek Squad) for 2 week approximately. The schedule day of installation and set was missed by the Geek squad due to some internal process that automatically kicked me out of the system. I was fortunate to call Best Buy They explained what happen, my TV was installed and set the next day.

Slow tv

At first I thought it was my internet but I have had 3 different providers since owning this tv. first one wasn't the best but then I upgraded to 1 of them being ATT fiber and another being spectrum 1 g. Both of which being the fastest those respective companies have to offer and the tv is still very laggy. going from program to program or setting to setting is a chore.
