I had it delivered to her house and the delivery personnel set it up and moved her older tv into her bedroom. The Best Buy staff was professional and respectful. As for the tv my mother loves it. The tv has a vivid picture and clear sound. I would buy this product again!

Looking at this item in store serves no purpose to me but when i got it home and it was installed on the wall, the picture quality is everything, it's so clear and the sound is excellent. The picture is by far the best for me because it's like the picture you get when you at the movie theater.

Samsung 50 inch Class 7 series <LED 4K TV

We struggled some with setup but finally called Samsung and their customer service was stellar. The speakers are in the back of the TV because of the streamline design which muffles the sound a little. We are going to purchase a soundbar to improve on that. Overall, we are very pleased with this set.

Crystal Clear

The picture is crystal clear and there are so many viewing options at your fingertips. I had mine wall mounted in a corner so that it swivels into two areas and the picture is clear in any direction whether there is more sunlight in one area or not. I'm ordering another one for another area of the house.

Great TV - Great Price

The built in Apple Airplay makes streaming from your iPhone or ipad extremely easy so no cable box is needed! And it comes with many built in apps already. Highly recommend it!
