Don't like the need to select input in start up.

Our particular concern was the TV was for an elderly man who only watched cable TV. This TV required the use of the Samsung remote every time the TV was turned on, to select an input. It could not be set up to turn on to the cable box input automatically (or the last input that was being watched). Therefore, instead of just the one cable box remote, you must use both remotes to get the set watching cable.

A Decent TV for the Money

Samsung seemed to assent that this was a known issue on some TVs of this model. No problems, thus far, with my replacement. The picture is good, features are nice, remote and interface are okay. Sound is not great, but most TVs now need a soundbar for decent fidelity. Overall, a decent TV, from a reliable brand, for the money.

Great TV great picture great price

I loved my original LG but unfortunately the screen shattered. The replacement LG was horrible and was returned instantly. After doing a little research I found this Samsung TV. I was pleasantly surprised at the great picture and sound quality for such a great price Really! You really can't go wrong with this TV. I highly recommend it
