Amazing Picture Quality

Very surprised at how bad the sound quality is. Fine tuning adjustment such as basic bass and treble controls are not included in the settings menu. Have no other choice but to drop a few hundred more for a sound bar. I'm still giving this a pretty high rating because the overall design of the unit, ease of setup and the picture quality is suuuuu-perb!

Samsung with another victory

Such a silly way to dislike a TV because of a remote. I have no problem with how the remote is made. No problems with connection issues. This makes the 4th Samsung product I own and I love all of them.

Sound is surprisingly good for a television. Warm and balanced, not cheap sounding. Samsung channels are actually watchable. Reason for 4 stars? Samsung UI. It's always been mediocre at best. This TV is great value for the money, and I think it's worth putting up with the UI being clunky and awkward.
