We have never been disappointed. We buy them on our Best Buy credit Card and pay it off, interest free! We’ll be back again!

I'm sorry that your TU7000 TV has display issues. Please know that we back this TV with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, including authorized repair for manufacturer defects, if purchased brand-new directly from an authorized seller.

As soon as i turn the volume down and let go of the button on the remote, the volume starts to rise again by itself til its maxed out. Bringing it back to best buy tomorrow to switch to another brand.

Any scene that isn't shot outside with serious lighting is dark. It also stops in the middle of streaming and goes back to Samsung TV plus. I think it cots off and back on. It's a ridiculously disappointing Samsung TV. The light in my living room in the photos had NEVER been an issue with any other tv in this room.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry you are experiencing WiFi connection issues. A recent firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1420.0 released on 1/5/21)
Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically.
You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience.
Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
