Multiple Samsung TVs purchased because ease of use and great picture and this is no exception. Yes you can find TVs cheaper but I’ve never had problems with Samsung. The account set up via app was tendons and I doubt I’ll use control from phone feature. Only complaint is the remote control has tiny buttons.

This 50" Samsung was ordered to replsce the Vizio 50" TV that i purchased as a gift to my Auntie. She had limited space and wanted better picture quality than the Vizio I'd given her. The Samsung was a snug fit and the picture quality exceptional and much better than the Vizio that I returned.

This is a great TV! It’s true, the screen is a bit dark to begin with, as some of the other reviewers mention. However, with a few tweaks that can be found easily on YouTube, it brightens up so beautifully! I recommended it to others and they love it, too. Gorgeous screen and great sound!

Beautiful picture and easy to use. I find that my previous tv must have been an inferior product and probably was dying so it's great to have one that is easy to use and the smart tv feature is great! Less wires and even can use my apple tv on another tv!

Great tv picture looks great easy to set up and use

Very happy with this television. Picture quality is very good, not as good as some higher end TVs, but good enough for my needs. Even old black and white movies look really crisp on this screen. Sound quality is fine (clear, full and not tinny), but then I am not an audiophile so I don’t surround sound or anything like that. The TV was super easy to set up. Response time with apps is relatively quick. Only issue I had was trying to download Roku. It would not install so I connected it in directly from my Roku device. The built in streaming apps are nice to have, but the included Samsung TV is basically useless. Nothing really worth watching on that service. I was thinking of just deleting that, but I don’t think you can. Adding additional streaming apps is quick and easy? Overall for the price it’s a good TV. Are there better ones out there? Sure, but if you want a good solid TV with good picture quality and that is easy to set up and operate, I absolutely recommend this one.

The TV is very slim, thin bezel, and light weigh. Great refresh rate and 4K UHD look bright and sharp, the only downfall of the TV would be the speakers as they're facing down and can hinder the experience but if you have a Soundbar this could be remedied or the right set up on the menu does help a bit. smart Tv connects well with other apps and other systems.

LOVE this tv! Much bigger than our other one so I'm not squinting at subtitles across the room!! Love the smart tv feature and the extra channels. the tv quality is excellent, but the remote and some aspects of the tv are just good and could be improved, SUCH AS: So many buttons on the remote, jammed next to each other, no light, so at times, I have hit the wrong button, especially the preset "netflix, prime video, samsung tv plus and guide" buttons a simple light feature would alleviate this, or at least some 'breathing room'. the smart tv extra ch.'s are great, BUT...when the internet went down recently, those ch.'s don't function, since they are tied into our Roku, via the internet. Last is the brightness setting. When watching Dark lit movies, I put it on Dynamic, BUT, when you activate this, it makes any movie look like it's shot on video. There's got to be a way to fix this.

Good value. The Samsungs are a good product for price and quality.

My old Samsung "dumb" TV died so I figured it was time to upgrade to a Smart TV. I like Samsung and wanted to stick with them. Found this TV at the size / price I wanted AND with Apple compatibility so I can watch Apple TV plus pics / videos / music from my Apple devices (it took some time to find a TV with Apple compatibility for the price I wanted). I compromised on having only 2 HDR inputs with this 7 Series TV instead of 3 HDR inputs on an 8 Series to get that lower price. But the quality, build and other smart features more than make up for that one sacrifice. Set up was easy, as was pairing it with my Comcast remote. The Samsung remote isn't voice activated but I use my cable remote most of the time anyway so not an issue for me. Wi-Fi is consistent with no drops or lag. Plan to hook up a wireless keyboard so I don't have to fuss with the little arrow keys on the Samsung remote to type on the on-screen spelling table. Great quality, picture, features and price .... would definitely recommend to friends.

Purchased open box. Still has a crisp pictures. No complaints and significant savings over new!!

This was my first smart TV and was pretty freaking awesome!! I'm sure there are a ton of things it can do that I never even figured out or got a chance to try. Unfortunately a family emergency forced me to return the TV. I will say that the picture was crystal clear and the sound was even better. Super cool I could play my cellphone through the TV because it sounds WAY better than my Google Home which sounds pretty good but not nearly as good as this Samsung. Also bluetoothed a keyboard which made looking up stuff on internet and youtube much easier. Also the free Samsung channel was great and had alot of good movies and shows on it. My pup, Sassy, was particularly fond of Lucky Dog. Lol!! All in all the TV was fantastic and I missed it before I even got back from st louis where I went because of a bad car accident. When I'm able to get a smart tv again I'll definitely spend the extra cash to grab the Samsung!!

This was a quick purchase because I damaged my daughters TV when I was helping her move. The price is very good and the quality it terrific especially the sound compared to the TV she used to have. If I need one in the near future I will definitely choose this T. From Best Buy

Bought this TV for my parents over a year ago and they love it. They used to have older 1080p TV, and this picture quality is night and day difference. Parents love the huge upgrade.

The color is nice and sharp. Very bright and vivid picture. The user interface for the smart tv does take some getting used to. The remote buttons are small and crammed together and doesn't have a backlight feature on it. Other than that I'm completely satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent TV, got it about a year or so ago and looks brand new. Catches quite a bit of dust but if that's my only complaint you can tell its great.
