Great tv. Qulity of picture is clean. The built in tv channels are great to have. I hung it up as a work out tv. Only wish the remote had a voice activation to change channels or serch.

Im a samsung person and I needed a tv for my son. I tried another brand and completely hated it, so I did an exchange back to a samsung and glad I did because it's so much more easy to use.

I bought this tv about a month ago and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed using it. It is in my living room and it does not have cable/satellite “attached”. I use an over the air antenna and use one of the streaming services. The picture is good, the sound is ok (no sound bar), it has a good many apps for the different streaming services, but I am having trouble getting the colors and settings right on the picture. It is difficult to get the picture looking decent. I do love, though, the extra Samsung channels that you get when you connect the tv to the internet. The set up of the tv seems to be fairly easy. My son set it up for me since he already has a Samsung tv that he bought a few Christmases ago. It seems to be a good secondary tv (one that you don’t watch all of the time) and it is easy to use once you set it up. Would I buy it again? Yes.

Excellent TV at a very good price with a really great picture was installed very well and quickly. Sound is a little off because of the smaller speakers. I am thinking of getting a sound bar

Bought this Samsung for our bedroom! Simply love it! We have a Samsung Q8 in our living room and the picture on the Crystal UHD is pretty close to the Q8! Easy set up, great price!

Love the size and color of the TV. Not a fan of the remote or the interface. It’s not intuitive and as far as I can tell it doesn’t let you change a lot of the layout. Wish you could delete the apps you don’t want to use.

This TV was purchased for our loft/kids playroom. The picture quality on this TV is excellent for the money. The only compliant I have on is the processing speed of the TV. We have a Samsung 55” Q70T has our main living room TV and the processing speed on it is super fast. Which is why I believe it is slower. Also the remote on is not bad but once again compared to the Q70T. The Q70T is far superior. The remote can tend to be slow to respond or it’s the TV which is slow to process the request. I will say that it is nice that it is capability with the smart things app. This comes in handy if the kids leave the TV on and we don’t have to walk upstairs to turn it off. Would be 5 stars if not for the processing slowness and the remote.

Great TV, we bought for guest bedroom. I am Samsung fan, we have many Samsung monitors and TVs. Brought home, hoping the best, TV has great picture, as good as or better than my 3 year old 65" TV.

The picture is great but the tv remote is a pain to use. Selecting channels that are not in the preset and just general navigation is not simple and there is not voice option.

I have been really pleased with my purchase. It was easy to set up. The picture quality is very good when viewed from the front or smaller side angles but it becomes a little washed out when viewed from steeper angles. The 'smart tv' functions in this unit are the best of any of the TVs I've used and the Samsung TV 'network' is a nice addition. I have only one minor complaint. When signing into wifi or various networks NETFLIX etc the on-screen 'keyboard' does not have the option to View your pw characters or the option to go back to just correct an erroneously typed pw - you must start the whole process from the beginning. The remote's universality is very functional though not overly intuitive. Overall my family has been very pleased with our new TV!

Excellent quality for the price. I purchased this tv for my bedroom, I didn’t want to spend a whole lot, but didn’t want to lose quality. I definitely picked the right tv.

Very good Quality on color, love all the different free channels I get, especially the up to date news on what’s going on today. The size of the tv is perfect for the price.
