Got this TV as a replacement for a TV that had the panel fail. This is our first 4K panel and are we blown away! It even makes some of the older shows that we watch look great! The on screen controls and options make it very easy for setup and navigation. The only con is the built in sound. The speakers are quiet and need to be turned way up when running Hulu or Netflix. Could be an option that I need to look into on those apps. But otherwise it is an awesome TV and a great value for a Samsung 4K TV. Also, Geek Squad was great to work with on the exchange!

Love this tv. Super easy to set up, great picture, lightweight. Love thats its a Fire tv as well.

Offers good picture and decent sound. Adequate input and output jacks, although an extra optical port would be nice. Lack of a real user manual means you have to download or use one online. Setup requires a Samsung account, always annoying since it requires your e-mail for marketing purposes. Lightweight, so it can be wall mounted pretty easily. I still miss the center stands. The 50" has the legs 39" apart, meaning small tv stands need not apply. Overall, a good purchase and worth the money.

This TV is a truly smart TV. My daughter uses it for games and watching movies. The price was right and the size was perfect for her room.

The picture quality is amazing. It almost looks real. Even older tv shows and movies look amazing. The Samsung smart capabilities are by far the best on the market. It seamlessly connects to my android phone, and I can display movies and pics directly from the phone. My only complaint, is the remote wont control my verizon fios STB. It has the configuration and acts like it is setup, it just doesnt work. I fixed/bypassed the problem by buying a logitech harmony remote and now everything works like it should.

So far so good. Time will tell all. I am a huge fan of Samsung electronics. I've owned several different tablets and cell phones and I always look at Samsung to meet those needs. They make hands down, the best displays. This TV does not disappoint. Has everything I need at a reasonable price point. Catching it on sale makes it even better. I wasn't really looking for all the bells and whistles or to spend several thousand dollars on a TV. Just something nice to replace my Samsung TV that worked great for about 10 years but was on it's way out.

This is a great value! A modestly priced brand name TV with very good image. The packaging and delivery was flawless. Comes with Amazon Video and Netflix loaded and works well with Blue Ray player. The remote is a Samsung standard for HDTV, DVD and Blue Ray players. The Fire TV remote is better and has more ability to add apps on Fire TV. Some apps are not available on the Samsung App Store. I do not even remember my Samsung account but this is the TV we use for watching movies together on the weekend.

For the money you really can’t go wrong with Samsung products. The slightly higher cost is worth it in terms of picture quality and reliability.

The TV is amazing and has such a great quality image along with easy to use apps for streaming services.
