Major upgrade from our smaller Visio flatscreen. The colors and details are so bright and vivid, the smart features are easy to navigate, we have no issues with lagging or taking a long time to load and overall we are really pleased with our flatscreen. The sound could be better, but we bought a soundbar for it so I can’t really complain about the sound anymore.

I was looking to replace an 8 year old Vizio TV. The screen started be glitchy. I did not want to spend a fortune but I wanted a quality picture. This tv was incredibly easy to set up. The only downside to having this good of a quality picture is that I can really tell how fake some of the sets are on on some Netflix shows. Overall a good tv for the money. I would recommend mounting this tv as the base stand that comes with it is a little unsteady. If you have pets or kids, it could be knocked over very easily

This is the first smart TV I've ever purchased and I absolutely love it. The display is beautiful. The TV is easy to use. I think the option to connect to my phone is cool and very up to date with current technology. The best part was the experience. Best Buy has some of the best prices for high quality TVs. I had the original TV I ordered delivered. It was delivered within two days and early in the day. Beautiful. Unfortunately the TV I received was cracked on arrival due to the delivery drivers tossing the package around carelessly. Customer service was great about helping me replace the TV. I spoke to a young woman, Joy, who was able to order me a replacement TV right then and there. I changed to pickup this time. Everything was great until the day the TV was supposed to be picked up from the Burbank location. Turns out they did not have the TV in stock by the chosen date. I called customer service again. I don't remember the young man's name who I spoke to, but he was able to find me a TV that I could pick up that same day. The TV was ready for pickup within the hour after we go off the phone. When I picked up the TV the exchange was flawless. The customer service rep asked me a few questions before looking at the TV. I had a video of the TV fresh from opening for proof. Once I showed her the proof of the TV being broken on arrival, she refunded my purchase. Then I picked my new TV up from Best Buy Pickup and I had assisted carry out. Overall Best Buy was a good option and I will continue to get big purchases from them.

We upgraded from an insignia to this tv. It has a better picture, sound quality is kinda low but overall a great purchase with easy set up.

Great picture and features. I have out in the patio where all my guest and family enjoy and rave abut the picture.

I selected the Samsung after a lot of research. It is the third Samsung I have purchased. The TV was literally a breeze to install. Download their smart app to your cell phone and have it in the room the first time you power on the TV, the rest is the app and the TV. I quickly learned how to download an app to the TV and began using it. The settings for the picture and sound allow you set it to your liking. We could not be happier with the set and the price just made it nicer.

Bought this Samsung Tv for the living room and it has a great picture and has great sound.

Love this TV definitely have to come back to get another one. Maybe a size bigger but overall my favorite.

I love this TV. The sound alone is pretty good. However, I have it hooked up to a sound-bar. I love that it automatically can adjust the volume on the sound-bar using the same TV remote. The picture is great, sharp, and with vivid colors. The apps all run smoothly and flawlessly. Also, for those wondering. You can hook it up to the internet via ethernet or you can use your wifi connection. It also supports the 5Ghz wifi band for those of you with a dualband router.

Nice crisp picture. Mediocre sound as might be expected at this price point. I stuck an inexpensive Samsung sound bar and woofer on it, and that’s great. Compared to a 2 year old 8 series Samsung I’d say the picture is very good especially for the price. The tv remote is the old style ‘gajillion buttons’ kind. I ordered a $8 remote that looked like a Samsung One Remote. Works great. Summary- very good value and if you want something for a bedroom or office you can’t go wrong.
