Been very impressed with this TV. My first 4K. The picture is awesome. Very easy to use and set-up. It comes with Samsung TV for free. Has a user friendly interface. The remote is easy to use as well. The sound is very good for this type of TV. I found an setting to amplify the speakers. Works great with Netflix and Hulu. I recommend it. Great value for your money.

I love this TV! Best TV purchase I’ve made in years. It was a Xmas gift for my daughter. The 4K picture is beautiful. She now no longer needs a streaming device because it’s a Smart TV. We love how the apps are located at the bottom of the screen. They are easy to add and navigating thru the menu options is seamless. I already planned on adding a 55 inch to my family room at a later date and it will be just like this one.

I really like this tv. For the price it is a great tv. The tv is vey clear but for me the sound is not that great. When the volume increases it doesn't seem to get much louder or not as loud as it should be given the number on the volume. There are no A/V plugs, so if that something you need than keep that in mind. I definitely appreciate the fact that I get so many free tv options with Samsung TV plus that I can connect to many so many apps directly from the tv. Which is great if you don't have a streaming device.

I love the picture, and the sound from the tv without any enhancements. It's good for the price, and don't think you can do better. I purchased an LG before this, but the sound was absolute crap. I had to purchase the sound bar to compliment it. I discovered this Samsung while purchasing one for my mother-in-law. Best Buy was the best by allowing me to return and purchase the Samsung to be satisfied. The remote could be a little better like the one on the QT80.

I read mostly positive reviews of this TV and have had very good experiences with Samsung historically, so I purchased in July 2021. While I recognize this is more of a base model today, I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The picture quality is great, smart TV features work pretty well, and sound quality has been better than expected. We don’t have gamers of watch a significant amount of TV, but for what we use it for, it’s been perfect.

This is a good tv. The picture is clear and sound is loud and smooth and loud. Perfect for what I need it for.

This TV replaced a 19" CRT which continued to work after many years but it's size made any words/numbers hard to see. So I took the plunge and went for the "new stuff". And, it is amazing...the colors, the clarity, the light weight. Unfortunately, the first delivery had a broken screen and the Geed squad was a single person replacing the actual Geek Squad, and screwing things up paperwork-wise. However, the next delivery was done by the real Geek Squad members, and what a difference.

Great TV for the price. Nice picture but sound cojkd be better. Would recommend using a soundbar with it for the full immersive effext of movies or gameplay.
