Great Technology and Price!

The LCD TV still worked fine, but was technology limited, bulky, and heavy. This new 50" Samsung 4K UHD TV is awesome, lighter, has a larger screen because the viewing area takes up almost the entire front of the TV, and the Apps work great. It is easy to use and works fantastic.

A little under 2 years of us owning this TV, the backlight stopped working. So its hust suuuuper dim all the time. Ive tried everything to trouble shoot and ive contacted samsung support and the conclusion is "get a new tv because itll be cheaper than paying to fix this one".

However, I didn't know that it doesn't allow me to connect my DVD and VCR players when I bought it. Also, there is no manual I can download so I have NO CLUE how to fix or change anything. I have to call Samsung Customer Service for support, which is a form of torture, especially now with AI bots rather than humans.
