Great But...

Connecting to my Samsung phone was easy but we don't have wifi so watching a movie from my phone wasn't the greatest, although I could see everything I was doing on my phone. :) The huge But... is that you are very limited to connecting your devices to the ports in the back. Be sure to check how many HDMI ports you need and other connections. Oh and connecting bluetooth headphones will disable sound for others.

Great TV upgrade from 46 - crystal clear pic!

Smart Functions are good but there are a few Tech issues with setup. Samsung does not like (failed to setup) with Xfinity and older Samsung audio system. However, you can get around these limitations and result is wonderful clear picture and sound can work ok with older audio system. Had to get Wifi booster to get steady signal but this was a needed upgrade. Now get all the "smart" TV options. Samsung TV is included but channels are limited!

The software system is a bit delayed but it does work well with no bugs and errors. I love that you can use smart things and link it to your Google or Alexa. Over all, we do love it and we end up buying another one for the living room.

Shiny TV

Getting the TV set up as well was also straightforward, especially with the optional app that you can download to make the process smooth. I had a really crappy tv before, so the vibrancy of the colors and the sound of the speakers are a massive improvement, very happy!

Perfect bedroom tv

Bit unusual setup procedure and it is gets very confused with connecting through a Tivo, but once I set this up in a bedroom with ONLY a Ethernet connection connection, no coax-cable. Not only did the tv access all the streamed accounts, but live tv was accessible through my older tivo mini. Perfect. Great deal. You don't need a series 8 and the price.
