The price was comparable with other online sites. Very happy the TV arrived before the estimated delivery date. It was delivered 2 days after ordering it online. I received text messages to let me know when it would arrive with a date and time range. The picture is crystal clear. Simple to install and mount.

Good TV, not so good remote

Minus one star because the remote is crowded and the response is slow, which can get clunky when you hit the wrong button and then have to spend a couple minutes waiting for the TV to respond to the remote to get you back to where you wanted to be.

This time I went with Samsung after extensive research for a new TV. This is my first Smart TV. Quality of picture and sound (with a sound bar) is very good. Use of apps from remote is easy though I don't have much time for them. Icing on the cake was the setup and explanation by the Geek Squad. Would not do any other tech transaction without them.

Gift for parents

Wanted something with a great picture that was easy for them to be able to operate as well. Programming the remote to operate their cable box was easy so they don't have to figure out too many buttons. Really happy and highly recommend. I've had good luck with Samsung on my own TVs for a while and this one fits the mold.
