Like remotes. you have tons of remotes. if a open box has no remote throw one in the dang box, you have loads of universal remotes and im sure u get them cheaper than us.

Picture quality and sound it outstanding. It was so easy to set up and connect to the network. With WPS it quickly and securely connected to the router. I purchased this TV for my grandsons who are ages 2 and 5. With just one button on the remote they can easily access netflix and other services.

Reliability of Samsung tv's has always been good, in my experience. This tv gives you above average performance at a budget price.

Lightweight, low-profile, easy to mount. Bluetooth & wi-fi work very well. Zero issues connecting to AirPods or Soundbar. I always make the same mistake by trying to save ~$100 on another brand and always wind up ret thing immediately and spending the extra ~$100-150 on a Samsung.

Having said that we are very happy with the overall performance of Samsung 50" Class 7 Series LED 4K TV. It is taking a while to understand new terms and functions we are not familiar with. Overall we are happy with the new TV.
