Picture quality is good, except when sunlight streams directly onto the screen, in which case night scenes become too dark for me to see well unless I close the blinds. I tried amping up picture brightness instead of closing the blinds, but didn't succeed in making night scenes materially easier to see. The instructions for setting up the Smart Hub assume you have a Smart Phone. I still use a flip phone, so it's good the instructions did make provisions for set up using the TV remote as an alternative to using one's Smart Phone. I followed those instructions and everything turned out fine. The TV supports all of the streaming services I belong to, along with a Samsung TV service that includes a lot of useful news channels and financial channels.

I love this TV. The picture is sharp and clear. The remote is easy to use and I like how it gives a audio response when turning on and off. Setting this TV up was very easy. The 55 inch is perfect for my bedroom.

Easy set up, nice quality but after having it for 12 days, the remote that came with batteries already installed, stopped working due to battery corrosion, which makes me think it may have been pre-used or on the shelf for a while…

Upgraded from a 32” inch 2014 Samsung to this 50” 4K Smart TV and the picture is incredible and I love that all the streaming apps are built into the tv. For only $399, this was a great deal and I’m super happy with the quality.

We are really enjoying our new Samsung 50" Class 7 Series LED TV. The picture is very sharp and getting it set up was very easy. My whole family loves to watch this TV. It was a great purchase and a great value for the money. We are very satisfied.

We replaced an old plasma tv with this Samsung LED unit for our bedroom. The picture is great and the set up was easy. One nice feature that was a surprise is the Samsung streaming App with lots of channels that we actually watch.

Tv has a great picture. It was extremely easy to set up. Nice TV for the price, we use it in our main living room. Can easily wall mount but we just used the legs provided. Great quality, great brand and great price. 5 stars!

So far so good, great picture! I typically don't use the TV speakers, I find them inferior and use an alternate device like Bose which lets me experience a better sound! The only minor complaint I have is the legs, they seem to fit better the wrong way round, or maybe it's me! The remote could be better.

I’m quite happy with this purchase. The TV has a nice clear picture, the sound is great, and it was very easy for my husband to set up. I feel we got a very good quality television for a very good price. I would buy it again and tell others to do so, too.

Bought this TV in May 2019 and the picture already has major issues. Unfortunately, for the first time, I did not buy the extended warranty protection. We've owned many Samsung TV's and none have every given us problems. The picture on this TV was very good originally, but one day last week, it flickered upon turning on and once stabilized resulted with the the right half of screen being darker than the left side, which remained normal. There is a small glow of light at the bottom of screen in the lower right hand corner. I have written Samsung online in hopes of some sort of warranty consideration, even though it is 7 months outside of the 1 yr manufacturer warranty. It just seems very odd and uncharacteristic of Samsung's historically high quality performance that the picture would go out that quickly. Whichever TV I choose next, I will certainly roll the dice and once again purchase the Best Buy extended warranty plan.

If you are looking for a great tv on a budget this is the tv for you. Great picture, easy to use and just an all around great buy! Ive read reviews saying the sound isnt the greatest but it seems fine to me.

Bought this tv for my parents as a gift. Needless to say they loved it. Incredible tv for an amazing low price. A great smart tv that is user friendly. If my parents that are in their 60’s can use it, anybody can.

It’s been 2 years and this T.V. Still works fine. Definitely worth the purchase!

Bought this for our bar in the basement. Was easy to hang up and set up. Samsung is nice if you have Spectrum since they are the only ones that you can add the Spectrum app without using a Roku or Firestick. Good picture and sound.

Great tv with graphics as well if you play video has a game mode that improves graphics and sounds quality for ps5 or Xbox

The picture quality is so crisp I love it and the smart function that everything is all in one and also the movie channels is ok not bad. The only issue with this is it stalls and freezes sometimes and you have to reset the tv sometimes for it to connect to your WiFi and work correctly.

So far, this has been a great TV. It was easy to set up, easy to add apps that weren't already included and the picture is great. I wish it had a swivel stand...that's my only gripe. Other than that, it's been awesome!

Excellent purchase. The price was great to the quality of the Tv. It was a good decision to opt for this product. Best Buy's attention was really good. They complied with the delivery time.

Samsung crystal is a ok profuct, the remote needs to be upgraded, the tv (model) needs more hdmi ports, and the sound needs to be more better, but i still would recommend it.

Changing from an HD to 4K TV really makes a difference in the picture quality and I like it. This TV works great in different light. I love having the streaming apps included in the TV instead of through a secondary device. When I first had this TV, I noticed the volume wasn't as good as my old 2005 42" RCA TV and wanted to add a soundbar. I really don't understand why they make fantastic TV's with crap speakers that point straight down from the rear of the unit. I didn't get a soundbar because of the pandemic shipping and inventory shortages and have grown accustomed to the lame volume but I'll add a soundbar sometime. Despite that one complaint, I really like this TV.
