Samsung tvs are almost unbreakable they are really long lasting

Price was good; picture quality very good; user interface i.e., the remote and the way apps are organized and utilized were so so. Felt remote was physically difficult to use due to smaller size and number of buttons on the remote.

Love the free channel option on the Samsung TV plus. Though the TV remote has had issues since the get go. Decent picture quality. Slow response to loading channels at times.

All I can say is this tv is just fabulous! I like it so much I just purchased two more. I’ve had it for two years and can’t say enough about the picture quality, everything looks crystal clear almost 3D. The colors are amazing and sound is very good. I also love that there’s no real frame to it, just look how thin it is. I highly recommend it, don’t even give it a second thought. Oh and I forgot to mention the smart features, I threw out my fios stick because she came loaded with apps, just plug and go.

TV was super easy to set up and the picture and sound quality are great. What was most impressive however is the Best Buy curbside pick-up service! Simply outstanding! Great job Best Buy!

Did a lot of research before purchasing this tv. The crystal uhd is amazing. It if fully backlit and the picture is full 4k. It is very interactive it works with my harmony and roku remotes.

I love Samsung TV’s. Very light so easy to wall mount. Picture is beautiful. The remote buttons are a little small and close together but you get use to it. Very happy with this purchase.
