Got this as an open box model and honestly had no imperfections or condition problems. Made this buy a even better deal. My only critique of the TV is the sound is quite soft/quiet so I highly recommend a soundbar to pair with this deal of a TV.

First time I ever got a TV without an instruction booklet. It did include a one-sheet quick start guide, but it did little more than diagram how to put the feet on the unit. I also could not find any on-line guides to assist with set-up and trouble shooting. Had to call someone at Samsung to help me set it up, but his English was not the best. Only have the new TV for a few weeks. Already called Apple Support once, because I could not get sound on one channel. (Problem was solved by unplugging the TV for a couple of minutes.) But that's been the only problem so far. And I realize all that is on Samsung, not Best Buy. My only Best Buy issue turned out to be minor. The TV's box had a hole in it. The deliveryman set it down with the good side of the box facing me, so I did not see the hole until he was gone. Looked like someone put there foot through the box. Fortunately, nothing inside seemed to be damaged.

Out of the box, however, the RED was just a bit to high making white a little off. It is brighter for the same Video Mode selected, using factory settings (out of the box). Great Upscaling makes it ideal for subscriber content that is not 4K. 4K Content looks great, in my opinion, from Amazon, Disney, & Netflix.

It was packed very well and delivery was fast. Son installed it in my bedroom over a chest and it looks good. The main thing is it works great. The picture is great. Everything is just as stated on the website.

The time of initial inspection to installation less than a week. Geek Installers were prompt and expert and reprogrammed TV for us — two 80+ years who needed their expertise. Wonderful service!!

I had it mounted above my fireplace by the team at Best Buy who were excellent! The picture is clear and I like that Samsung has its own channels because I don’t have cable. Next time I may go up to 55” or 60” but I loving the size I have now.

My only issue I was having is having problems keeping it connected to my wifi and also downloading apps. Some of that was user error but not all of it. Now that I'm used to having a real smart TV, I will definitely buy another one.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 and for your review. We appreciate your feedback regarding apps not functioning as expected, as well as the connectivity issues you are experiencing.
To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu.
Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
A firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1420.0 released on 2/19/21)
Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically.
You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience.
Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

I'm an LG gal....but now that we have this Sansung the person was right. The picture quality is good and what my husband likes is it comes with a 'normal' remote. He has now gone from 3 remotes to one and that's a good thing. Next TV that needs replacing will be making way to another Samsung.
