Love this Samsung TV...it has an excellent picture with quality UHD. The smart features are also top notch. Plan to buy another one to put in my home gym.

Good picture for an entry level tv. Fairly fast response when changing channels. Good value, Set up was a little cumbersome. Wish the remote was lit.

4K UHD is an awesome picture. Product was easy to unbox, can add apps on the fly. Updated the firmware automatically, and practically set itself up.

I’m very satisfied with my TU7000 TV purchase overall. I’m happy with the picture quality and the sound. I’d have to say that I’m somewhat disappointed with the smart functionality. I don’t like the fact that I can’t customize the “home” view by removing apps that I’ll never use. Evidently there are licensing issues which prevent this, and probably advertising revenue that pays for the “free” Samsung TV content. What I strongly dislike however is the “smart” remote supplied with the set. I believe that it could benefit from a full redesign. The overall size of the remote could be made larger, buttons could be eliminated and those remaining could be made larger. I tried using it as a universal remote to control my home theater receiver and the Blu-ray player connected to that and didn’t like the functionality. I actually played around with that for weeks without being totally satisfied. The buttons are too small in my opinion and we were constantly getting unintended consequences from its use. Here’s the solution that I ended up with: plugging my Roku + stick into the TV and using their UI and remote. In fairness, and by way of full disclosure, we were using that setup in the non-smart TV that this Samsung replaced (Sony Bravia), so there is admitted factor of being used to it, but that’s literally what offered the best user interface and functionality for the use of our family. When I first connected it to the set I couldn’t use the power and volume controls for the set but after resetting the device and reinitializing for a new TV everything worked as expected.

We use this tv in our kids game room, the size is amazing for the price, picture quality is nice and vibrant. The smart tv features are super easy for all my kids to use without any help.

It's really clear, great TV. The controls are a bit slow sometimes but it's overall a good TV for the price.

Coming from a fire stick to this smart tv has been more interesting than I would have thought. The TV is very nice, with excellent features. The volume is no issue at all, and the sound is more than fine for my office. Only a couple minor issues. The remote is adequate, but I wish it felt a little more sturdy. Also I wish there was a way to remove some of the apps from the smart center. Like Apple tv and the included Samsung channels. I would just like a little more control. However, I would definitely recommend this TV. The picture and features make up for petty issues.

Great tv and so clear. I love to watch the sports as I feeI now I am on the basketball court or was attending the Superbowl. Easy to put together

The color is great. The apps that are included are easy to use. It makes it simple to watch things that before we could only stream on the computer.

This TV is really good quality, I haven't had any issues, it is a smart tv so you don't need any streaming box or anything. It is 4k with Tizen software.

Samsung’s TV looks great and works wonderfully. My dad had strict brand and specifications for getting a TV and this one fit the mark well.
