The TV is terrific! How did I live this long without a smart TV. The picture and sound quality a superb. And I can get NETFLIX on it.

Great TV picture quality and sound is impressive at this price point. Set is fast and easy. Avoid shipping TV arrived damaged.

This is my 4th Samsung flat screen TV and my 3rd 4K HDR. I have been able to install each of them myself. Adjustments to overall picture quality was always easy. We were always satisfied and never found reason to change anything once we like what we saw. I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with the Crystal HD. The color looked washed out, color depth seemed poor, adjustments were very limited etc. Somehow I fear that Samsung has produced a product not up to its exacting standards. The first 50" set was delivered with a bashed in screen. That was the shipper's fault. The replacement I picked up was in good physical shape, but the picture quality just wasn't what we expected. Most importantly, it failed the all-important "Shopping Channel" test. Colors were just blah. It all seemed really flat and washed out, nothing really pops. Even the nature show I put on seemed lifeless. So today, I returned that for a Q60, 50" 4 K HDR. Regarding the color and picture quality, now we're talking. Great picture. Now if I could just learn to love the new remote that is beyond confusing. I own Quantum 60" with a 2 year old remote. That one was easy. I can find my way around with it. This new remote is so minimalistic that it's almost unusable. I'll never use this thing to control all of my devices. Some of the buttons (1234) do nothing at all. And Alexa doesn't respond to anything. I'm going back to the drawing board. Has anyone at Samsung every understood the beauty of an intuitive remote. And why is the home screen so polluted with so much junk? I love Samsung products, but let's not lose your edge now.

Great TV with a fantastic picture!! It was very easy to set-up and use. We love the swivel stand that we purchased with the TV.

Finally set up my new TV and got it on my phone which was very easy. The picture is the best I have ever seen and is very user friendly.

This TV has amazing picture quality - Watching old TV shows on Netflix, the show has the appearance of a "Soap Opera" (if you understand the cinematic aspect of that analogy) - We bought this for our daughters "Teen Room", but after seeing the quality, we bought another one for our bedroom - Set up wasn't too bad, just takes a bit of time - I'm not technology "Challenged", but I'm far from being an expert at all the new technology stuff - All and all, I would defiantly recommend this product ~ Robert C

I really like the Samsung 50" class 7 series television. The picture quality is amazing and the sound is good, but I wish it was a little louder. You can go into settings and amplify the sound. The tv comes with its own Samsung network which has a variety of different genres of shows and movies to watch and you can download Apps like Hulu or Tubi to give you even more options. You can connect the tv via HDMI cable or connect it to you wifi. The only thing I don't like is the legs that it comes with, but they are stable enough to support the tv or you can always wall mount the tv.

This smart tv was reasonable in price and a breeze to set up. A little awkward to use the remote to write things but otherwise really nice.

This is the first 4k TV I have owned and the picture quality even from up-scaled content is truly amazing. It has such a thin bezel that it almost disappears. I haven't used any of the apps yet because I have those built into my cable box. I see them every time I turn it on and have every confidence they would work just fine, since everything else does. It also has good on board sound for an LED TV. It has exceeded my expectations.
