Picture-Sound Great, Software and Computer-not

Once locks into your app the picture and sound are great. Picking and switching apps gets a little better if you move your favorite apps to left of the line ahead of Samsung's favorite apps. Prefer the remote and software on my Fire Toshiba 4k 55" TV much better. Picture on Samsung and sound (little lower pitch) is better. From 5-6' distance on TV stand the Samsung screen is approximately the same size and just to left of my Samsung 32" 4k monitor screen on my desk.

Almost amazing

Using it in a bedroom and the sound is more than sufficient. The bad: -the user interface is atrocious. I mean complete, utter, garbage. I realize that is normal for most smart TVs, but why not at least put some effort into a good user experience? After fiddling with it for a week I bought an Apple TV 4K, had that set up within an hour, and am very happy with this setup.

Not my favorite Samsung

It seems to struggle with our Hulu live and we constantly have to reset the tv. We thought it was just a defective tv so we took it back and exchanged it for the same tv. Still having to reset everyday to use Hulu Live. Picture is nice and sound does is sometimes louder on other apps. Hope that there will be an update to help it work better with Hulu Live soon because it is a good tv other than that. All our TVs are Samsung and we know they have great products.
