Purchased TV: Feb 2022, TV stopped working Sept. 2023
Fine TV, when it works. Ethernet port does not work. WiFi module malfunctions after 1 year.
Unit cannot be replaced due to "out of warranty."
I have multiple Samsung products, they have all been excellent. The way this customer service ticket has been handled would be a reason to never buy another Samsung again.
We purchased this TV in 2022 as a secondary TV. It gets limited use, which is likely why this issue was not found until after the warranty period.
The WiFi worked for about a year, then stopped working. Nothing changed in the network and all other devices (including the other Samsung TV's) are still connected to the WiFi, this TV stopped connecting to the internet.
I did every troubleshooting issue outlined on Samsung's website. None of them resolved the issue. I spent much too long on the phone repeating the same steps.
I even had a technician come to the house, no repair. The recommendation that was verified by Samsung support was "make a new network" or "call your internet service provider." That makes very little sense as a resolution, because the rest of the wireless Samsung devices are fine.
It also does not explain, why plugging the TV in to the router directly via ethernet cable does not work. You can change cables and the TV still does not connect. You can change the port and it does not connect. You can use the same cable and plug it in to any other device and it works. Samsung's response - "call the internet service provider."

I had this TV for two years now I’m starting to see lines and they won’t go away. I tryed everything to trouble shot it and I guess its time for a upgrade. I was good while it lasted

Good picture and works well with surround sound Dolby atmos system. App launches can be very slow. Side lighting puts odd brightness on screen at start up and when launching apps. Can't tell whether it affects the media when on screen. But the side lighting artifacts make it look like there is something wrong. Bugs me. In the picture you can see the upper left is lighter than other parts of screen. Not associated with any of the apps, it's consistently like that but like I said I'm not sure if it affects the media I'm watching.

Colors are washed and contrast is NOT great.....even after fine tuning it....
Tizen is still great and all but there are way better options out there. This was just not it.
Only bought (and didn't return) because of the price, got $300 off on my open box unit, which all in all, was a good deal. I was just expecting more of it.....

After looking around for a couple weeks, finally bought just what i needed. I love the alexa feature the fact the tv has wifi conectivity.

TV broke 1 year and 2 months after purchase. Samsung refused to pay for the repair because it was out of warranty- no 600$ TV ( when I bought it ) should break that soon. Never been moved after the initial install. The screen turns black after turning it on.
