Overall good quality as I've come to expect from Samsung displays but mildly disappointed; this is a Tizen-powered Smart TV. I wanted a plain, ordinary model specifically without Smart features. This model is advertised as "non-smart" capable. I paid extra for it (over the cost of a typical 50" smart TV) for that reason. If you don't connect it to the Internet you'll see a screen overlay nagging you to connect and accept the Samsung TOS agreements. I disabled the notification by connecting temporarily to WiFi, accepting the agreements and then disconnecting.

We have been buying standard Samsung's and they did not hold up for our 24/7 needs as Video monitors. We started buying this commercial model with a longer warranty and operating specs. We are very pleased, they hold up to our needs.

Great tv for a bar section of the house it’s perfect for fit and the size of it lets you put it anywhere

Very nice commercial maybe monitor, hangs side by side, with very clean lines, great quality unit. This is now our goto for Commercial Displays.

We returned it and bought a different TV. The TV was great in the 10 minutes we viewed it, but we needed a smaller unit in the room, and decided we needed a smart TV for program options.

Great product. Great packaging Would buy again and am actually debating it for another room in my house

just what i needed for guest room. i have comcast and this only needs one remote to operate properly.

Good product, usual Samsung functions. Used for meetings and visually a good product.

Works for what we need it for. Smart TV. Good viewing angles and decent Brightness for indoors.

I purchase a lot of the same TV and you can't go wrong with the samsung brand. The commercial grade tv last longer and seems a little heavier duty. It might just be me.

WOW. I love Samsung but this is a joke. The app is a joke. The digital signage component is a joke. There was so much potential here and they half assed it. Very sad. Please look elsewhere. Can't upload content, the TV's only turn on as scheduled some of the time. Just overall very poor. something I would not expect from Samsung. And the fact you can't manage the content from web is beyond me, it's an extra step getting your content from the computer to the app. You should be able to manage from anywhere and on any device, but primarily computer.
