The new interface is amazing compared to the TU7000. The new low profile remote is similar to the CU8000. Unfortunately, it is not a voice remote. However, the picture quality is great for the price minus peak brightness.

The remote is terribble and not enough buttons, not intuitive, and does not allow for a "previous channel" option. I've searched the internet for ideas, but none of them work.

Once I got the hang of everything though, it was all smooth sailing. I didn’t even realize when I purchased the TV that as long as I have Internet, I get live TV with samsung tv plus! The only thing that does annoy me is that the paramount app doesnt seem to work but that is at fault of paramount because all other streaming sites work. Definitely would recommend the samsung smart tv!

It's great to hear you are enjoying your new Samsung CU7000 TV with 4K picture quality. To help resolve the issue with the Paramount Plus App, I recommend running a cold reboot on your TV. There are two ways to do this:
1) Using the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
2) Using the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
Next, I recommend ensuring the Paramount Plus app is up to date by going to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the Paramount Plus app and select "Update," if available.
If the issue persists or if there is no Update available, we will try deleting and reinstalling the Paramount Plus app. To do so, navigate to “Apps” on your Smart TV and select “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the app. Finally, select Delete, and select Delete again to confirm.
Then we will reinstall the app by returning to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Click on “Paramount Plus” and then select “Reinstall.”
Also, please ensure you are running the latest Firmware update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

Well Worth the Price

This particular one if no exception. It is not my primary set but is in my basement and is used when I walk on my treadmill. At first I was not completely;y happy because the picture was not as sharp and I thought it might be but then I found the picture setting was set to "ECO", I promptly set it to "Dynamic" and not the picture is bright and beautiful.
