New TV DOA, promptly replaced.

When I opened the box and noticed there was no remote which is necessary to even begin the installation. The box was factory sealed so nothing BB did. When I brought it back the next day the greeter/salesman never questioned my statement and immediately rolled out a replacement. I would recommend the Concord, NH store to anyone. I brought it back next day

This decision was a great choice; it works beautifully; the sound bar spreads the volume equally around the room. I am extremely pleased. "Icing on the cake" is the excellent intallation service by Geek Squad "Molly." She was right on time; set it up quickly and then spent quality time explaining all we would need to know. In one hour we were set up and ready for our first evening of watching our favorite program.

Decent TV

A perk is there are a ton of amazing shows on the Samsung Smart TV. A con is there are no numbers on the remote so you can't just go to the channel you like on Live TV.
