Maybe I’m not a tech nerd like others. Seems like it’s a perfect TV for the price. Was easy to set up and had excellent picture quality.

Samsung 50" CU7000

Has a good picture, and with my added soundbar, it sounds great. My TV controls the volume and on/off on the soundbar, because I have them hooked together with the HDMI (ARC) cable. The tuner picks up lots of over the air local channels. Satisfied so far.

No problem to set up and very satisfied with the "picture." TV should have had more than one USB outlets. Disappointed that Samsung does not provide detailed operating instructions; like most high tech gadgets these days, you have to "play with it" to find out how to best operate it.

Someone helped me right away and made everything very easy from start to finish. Even right to the delivery of the TV into my car. Only wish we had gotten the 55” instead but very pleased with the Samsung!

The picture is excellent and it came with lots of new features. The streaming Apps work quicker than on my old set. Completely satisfied and got to love the price!

Easy to download apps, apps run smooth. Samsung TV has the option of TVplus, to watch several live channels without the need of TV chanel subscription, which includes PBSkids for my kids with no advertisement.

Set up was super fast and not super complicated. This TV is great for things that are connected to it like the cable, internet and more. If you use Bluetooth of any sorts it sometimes takes a minute or two to connect to those devices. For example, we have it connect to our Bluetooth soundboard and sometimes it will be playing on the TV and then randomly it will connect to the soundboard. I just turn on the TV and give it a couple minutes for everything to set up so I don’t have any issues. Also, sometimes it doesn’t connect to the WiFi, even if the modem, router and TV are in the same room. However, I realized that if you are patient then there’s isn’t any issues. If you want everything working automatically then connect it to the TV via wires. Lastly, not the best for gaming. My husband and I play loads of video games this tv doesn’t have the fastest frame per seconds so if you are playing video games that require more frame per second this isn’t the best.
