Only one issue. Samsung does not support the NBA app to allow you to watch the NBA pass ticket. I have to mirror my cell phone to the television or connect a Roku device to the television.

Sound is pretty good even without a soundbar, but movie time is great with one. Overall I'm happy with this item. One downside I've encountered is occasional software glitches slowing down app loading.

There were bigger TVs by Samsung & just a slightly higher price & wanted to exchange but was a hassle to have yo go back again after making a purchase of one & the tv screen was broken. Right in the middle of having to host a family event. Would have been nice to have the sale on same day the sale going on was happening. This model definitely needs a spundbar. I have other older Samsung tvs & sound is great. Thought it would have been better since its a newer version. Hopefully i win for the inconvenience, to get the bigger one that i really wanted.

Regarding the volume, we recommend adjusting the Sound Settings to improve your experience. You can change the Sound Mode by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.

I also love the fact that they have a game section It automatically recognizes your Xbox, PlayStation, Apple TV. It also show the logo of each devise that is plugged in via HDMI. And you can also stream video games in this one when you get to choose a service provider , like Xbox Ultimate Cloud Gaming, Nvidia GeForce, or Nuvia, of course, you might have to pay a subscription fee for any of those services, but the fact that you have the possibility of playing them on your TV is awesome

So, I received this upgraded version (50") at no cost (my previous size of about 43" was no longer available).

The set always turns on quickly, no warm up like some others. Over the past 30 or 40 years I cannot recall ever having to call for service with any samsung unit. The best? I think so !

The picture quality is good for a fairly inexpensive tv, but the sound volume could be louder. The sound is clear, just not very loud even at high volume. Also, I don't think that she would have been able to navigate the initial setup without me. But she loves it!
