I purchased this because the last TV (6 yes earlier) was great but finally started to “show its age”. This one has a great sharp picture and easy to use apps for streaming.

This is a 5-Star TV Good TV. I purchased this TV because of advice given from one of your Tech people. The person who delivered the TV did a great job setting up and explaining how it works.

I absolutely recommend this TV. The set up was easy and the picture is very clear. I also recommend picking up the tv yourself instead of delivery. Best Buy folks are great! Sadly, they aren’t the ones delivering Best Buy items.

I’ve had this tv for about 3 years now. Besides a few audio issues it looks and works great!

it was well worth the money. the picture is CLEAR AS HECK. it's thin and looks super clean. I might be having high expectations for using the browser, BUT i have patience and enjoy that I can stream via a browser

I own a 65 inch Neo, this TV was for my bedroom and for the money the picture is incredible. I was also surprised on how well the speakers sound.

Can’t complain at all i must say the price is amazing the tv and size is absolutely the best by far for this price.. Has lots of pre installed apps which my kids love!! This tv is a must buy

It has not been in use for long, but this model provides realistic colors and a good quality picture. However, for some reason, the volume disappears completely once you get to 29 instead of getting less.

My new Samsung 50" tv is great, just like the service I received from the employees at the Sarasota Best Buy store! I am a loyal customer to Samsung Televisions, which I now own 3, a few more in the past.

I love the Samsung TV - it gives us local channels. This one gives you 3 HDMI outputs so this was better than the lower brand. The picture is nice and the sound is decent.

Excellent 4k picture at an excellent price. The Smart features/apps are great for streamers. I've also had great reliability with Samsung TVs and have three other sets in the house.

I watched Dune on this. I felt like I was Paul Atreides.

This replaced a Samsung 48" TV. We are delighted with the crisp picture, the display options and the integration with our Dish Remote. Couldn't have made a better choice and we thank Zach for his help.

Outstanding picture and excellent sound. It goes well with my Polk Audio surround sound. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great deal.

My old 1080p 50 inch sharp roku tv finally died on me so I bought this one. I'm really enjoying the 4k screen. I haven't really used any of the smart features since I just watch/ play everything from my PS5.

TV was easy to set up and link devices, including phone & Blu-ray. Great picture. Good sound but looking at sound bars. We use the Samsung TV for watching old stuff. Works great with Firestick.
