Only thing that’s letting me from rating 5 stars is the volume. Seems to be on the softer side so with most shows it has to be turned up pretty high.

People such as older adults or people who have no experiece managing computers wouldn’t be able to use this kind of smart TVs. The remote control is also difficult to use because it has no numbers which most people are used to use and the way of how the buttons or options to operate it are kind of confusing to be use too

Your user experience is very important to us, and we value your feedback. To learn how to take full advantage of your new TV you can download the full user manual by following the steps below:
1) Visit the product page of the 50CU7000F on Samsung’s website
2) Click “Support” below the TV name - this will take you to the bottom of the web page.
3) You will then see 2 options in grey boxes: User Manual and Warranty.
4) Click “Download” under User Manual & agree to the terms – the full User Manual will then begin downloading!
From here you will be able to save your manual to your computer for later use. This will detail how to use your TV's settings and remote control.
