Keeps losing wireless settings

On the down side, our television routinely loses the internet settings and won’t re-establesh an internet connection. The Wi-Fi router is situated about 6 feet from the TV so signal strength is not the issue. After checking and trying various online fixes for this problem, none of which worked, we are forced to perform a factory reset and reinitialize all internet and wireless settings again to be able to utilize the “smart TV” features like Netflix or Apple TV. We are waiting for Samsung support to come out and examine the set. Annoying for a new, out off the box purchase. The fact that it was easy to find numerous on-line steps to correct this issue indicates it is a common occurrence.
