Samsung smart hub is absolutely horrible

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.To start, you CANNOT do anything with this tv unless you scan a QR code so if that bothers you then don’t buy it. The main reason for this tv was to replace the one in our living room which went in a bedroom. The size is great for what we need and honestly the picture has been good as well. The ps5 looks great for the most part and the audio isn’t horrible either(I’ve had worse). My personal biggest complaint with this is the all the pre-installed garbage on it. You CANNOT delete anything it comes with. Samsung has the absolute worse smart tv operating system. It’s got so much bloat on it snd you can’t do a single thing about it. Some of you will no doubt not care about this but some of you will. I never thought to look at review about the OS and UI but I gotta say Samsung has completely failed with this. So what I ended up doing is agreeing to the smart hub agreements and in doing so it deactivates it and I just plugged a Roku in it we had laying around. People spend good money on these tvs and should have more freedom on what they want installed on them.
