Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Open box for the win, but in all seriousness the only bad thing about this TV is Tizen OS and not having Android TV so I don't have access to all the apps I want...also it automatically paired with my Samsung sound bar and my PS5...sadly it doesn't automatically connect to my PC for the remote control

I needed to get a tv to her as quickly as possible. You know how much older people love their television programs. Given my past experiences with buying electronics, I will only buy my electronics from Best Buy. The entire process was super easy. I purchased the item. Delivery and set up were flawlessly executed!! It was a great experience!!!
