    It's a good TV. I do wish that TV's were available as non-smart TV's since they're tracking us. But, that's part of the reason why they're cheaper, since they teach and sell our information. But still, it's a good, basic TV.

    Never knew I needed a crystal UHD tv until now. Got it as a bday present and I love it more than anything! All I do is watch tv now lol

    Definately a cheaper Samsung. It has the Samsung name but operates very differently from my QLED regarding the operating system. Initially thought I needed a college degree to figure out the setup menu but now that I have it down, pretty easy to use!

    Our home got hit by lightning and took out all 3 of our Tvs! We were able to replace them all and had a very good shopping experience at Best Buy. Our sales person Zoey was so knowledgeable about the products we were interested in.

    I have alot of Samsung produts so purchasing this TV was my logical choice. Purchasing a open box item I was slightly concerned but the price was right. I am very satisfied at this point with my pu.

    Good but not great. It’s on the cheaper side so I guess I can’t really complain. Kind of slow in terms of using the remote and connecting to internet/phone.

      We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung CU7000 TV. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with a slow interface and internet connection. I have a few recommendations that may improve these issues.

      First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

      Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

    This TV has had intermittent problems ever since I turned it on. It first start shut shutting off from 1 to 7 seconds then coming right back on. This would only happen while watching live TV. I thought it was a break in issue. It happened the first day then went away, about 5 days later it started again, lasted 4 or 5 hours, and when it happens it does it about 5 a minute for about 30 minutes in an hour. It stops for a couple days then starts again. I worked with best buy tech support, and they had me reset the TV, that was on Dec 9th. It was fine for 11 days then it started up again on the morning of Dec 20st. Another issue that started up the evening of the 20th, was where the sound would go completely out, even after I reset the sound. I would shut it off and back on, still nothing. I left it off for about 2 1/2 hours, besides turning it on and off quickly twice to check it, still no sound. At approximately the 2 1/2 hour mark, the sound came back with no issues. This has happened 4 times in about the last 41 hours. Has anybody else had either of these two problems with this model CU700050? I don't know if I should just swap out for the same model or pay a couple dollars more or even receive money back and get a lower model. On the star selection for the review the picture and sound quality, (when the picture and/or sound are actually on) both of them have very good quality. Picture a little more so. At times the sound becomes a little distorted.

      We are sorry that you are experiencing issues with your CU7000 TV, and we appreciate your patience in having to troubleshoot with us. I recommend ensuring your TV is up to date with the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

      Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

      If you have issues with no sound, please try adjusting the following sound settings:

      1. Set the Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output.

      2. Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.

      3. Your TV has several self-diagnosis tools that can help solve problems with the signal, network, picture, or sound. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.

    The setup instructions were easy so I had everything setup relatively quickly. I don't really care much for the built in software but the screen quality is absoultely amazing at the price point, I'd heavily recommend.
