There is very little learning material with this device. I am of the old school that you read the manual and then operate the equipment. I could go on for quite a while about that but thiis is enough.

Decent for the price

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with a slow user interface. Please know we are here to help and have a few recommendations. First, to ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

Low sound volume.

Our only complaint is the sound quality. It's like they purposely gave it poor volume to make you buy a sound bar. Our old tv was much better.

Saving apps difficult

Think about this before you buy them.

Terrible sound quality

Picture is pretty good but sound is terrible. I have to crank up the volume at times to hear it. Will be adding a sound bar. You get what you pay for.

It's great to hear that you are enjoying the 4K image quality on your CU7000 TV, and we appreciate you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.
