    This thing had two pixels out well I was watching it so at that point it get returned unfortunately other than that it was a very nice TV

    Good overall tv for the price. Only real negative is the sound. Hard to hear voices with this one and no option to enhance that like other TVs.

    Tv is abit dii]fficult to adjust to proper setings to get best picture for us. Should have come with manual. Once tuned in , picture and sound okay

    This tv is very nice. Good screen resolution and lots of app options for any streaming needs. I was able to connect to Alexa for some functionality. Recommend.

    I have order over 25 TVs that came in 5 different deliveries. Each time one of the TVs was damaged. Getting them replaced was hassle that the customer should not have to deal with. The boxes showed damage during delivery, either the TVscame that way from Best Buy or FedEx should not be your carrier. FedEx driver clearly didn’t care. You can contact a representative by phone , just a chat service agent. Sorry Best Buy your lucky I gave you a 3 star review.
