It's a pretty good choice

Thank you for your purchase and review of the CU7000 TV. To help resolve the issue with the Netflix App, I recommend running a cold reboot on your TV. There are two ways to do this:
1) Using the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
2) Using the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
Next, I recommend ensuring the Netflix app is up to date by going to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the Netflix app and select "Update," if available. If the issue persists or if there is no Update available, we will try deleting and reinstalling the Netflix app. To do so, navigate to “Apps” on your Smart TV and select “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the app. Finally, select Delete, and select Delete again to confirm.
Then, we will reinstall the app by returning to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Click on “Netflix” and then select “Reinstall.”
Also, please ensure you are running the latest Firmware update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

A Disappointed

Do not buy this TV

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You may not regret buying this TV in the first few weeks, and you may not regret buying it when it completely dies after only three months, and you may not regret buying it when you spend an hour on the phone with Samsung about your warranty, and you may not even regret buying it when the local repair center Samsung contracts comes to pick up your broken TV because they will tell you it will be fixed and back in a few days. You will probably start to regret buying it once they’ve had your TV for two weeks with no end in sight because nobody will call you back or give you an update. You will regret buying it a little more when you spend hours on the phone with customer service, who continues to route you back to the awful local repair center with no answers. You will regret it even more after three weeks and four weeks without the brand new TV you paid for. The parts are coming! The parts are coming! You will really regret buying it once you realize the parts are not coming and your TV is never coming back. But you will regret buying this TV the most once you see how many positive reviews there are here, which you now remember made you ignore all the negative reviews from people whose TVs died in a few months just like yours. Samsung has the worst customer service, second only maybe to Spectrum, and there will be no recourse for you once they kidnap your brand new faulty TV. You’ll just sit and wait and scream into the abyss and regret buying it. Do not buy this TV.
