    I’m so disappointed! I ordered this tv that said open box in excellent condition! I received it and the moment I turned it own the volume DID NOT WORK. When I asked if they could just switch it and send me another. They basically said I had to do all the work to return it, when it was so easy to buy it!!! I ordered online because I am too busy to go in the store. So annoyed cause I only get 7days to exchange and I couldn’t do it because I have children and a job.. so now I have a “new” tv which is mounted on my wall that I can’t hear anything because the volume doesn’t work…. Oh but the delivery was great(sarcasm) it came in two days….

      I'm very sorry that the sound on your TV is non-functional, and you are experiencing issues returning the TV to Best Buy. I have a few troubleshooting steps for you to try:

      1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

      2) Set the Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output.

      3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.
