    Good size Samsung tv not too expensive or fancy but high quality tv and I like it.

To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.

    I bought this tv in October 2 2023 and as of Nov 2023 it shut off on me and never turned back on it is a really great tv maybe I got a defective one i have a replacement coming hopefully this one lasts

    Husband was not impressed with the picture quality was not vivid as other television sets we have had purchased before over a 50 year period . Hard to adjust to get a somewhat quality picture,

      Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness, and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

    My new Samsung smart Tizen tv is not working the way it should. It takes about 5 to 10 tries to turn on & the screen blinks on and off and reacts very slowly to any remote commands.

    I would never buy a Samsung anything again. TV has poor volume even at 100 highest is not loud enough. The TV converter is very difficult when trying to get regular channels other than Neflex and Prime. Wish I would of bought a Sony TV so much easier to work with and so less complicated

    im not familiar with these smart tv's .. so i guess its just me and i see them in store with fantastic pictures and i thought mine would look the same
