    Very limited apps that can be downloaded. Purchased for use in my camper and the main app I wanted to use it for is not able to be downloaded. You are better off buying a fire tv instead.

    I purchased this tv and 5 days after the 21 day return policy the tv stopped working. I called Best Buy customer service and was told I could return it to the store. When I arrived the store manager refused to take the TV back and pawned me off to Samsung Customer service which offered no help. I was told by Samsung to take a photo and send it to a 3rd party vendor whom denied my request. After 3 weeks of endless back and forth calls with Samsung I was offered a 15%.discount on a new TV. un which the offer only lasts 7 days. Very disappointing customer service on both parties for a loyal Best Buy Customer.

    The only item that was in the box was the TV, itself. Everything like the power cord, remote control, TV legs, and user guide was missing from the box.

    All of my televisions are Sonys. I guess I expected the same clarity and quality. I am somewhat disappointed that the quality is nowhere near the same and the crystal clear screen clarity does not exist outside of Sony. But fair tv for the price

      First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware on your TV. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

      Next, Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.

    The TV was delivered BROKEN

    The Samsung 50" Class CU7000 I had ordered was shipped to my address. The TV came on the assigned delivery date. However, when I went to unpack it and start the set-up process.....the TV was Broken!! The screen was cracked. When I spoke with customer service (the individual was very professional) although they informed my that the model I had ordered isn't available any more. GRRRR. So, I had to return a broken TV and they couldn't replace it with the one I had purchased.

    This TV doesn't show well it's out of adjustment. Like it's stuck in zoom mode. Dark background make the whole picture dark and you can only see the screen with the lights off

    Wish I had paid more attention to the reviews. This was my first Samsung tv. It replaced an eight year old LG in the same area in a bedroom. At least one review complained about constant cable signal dropping. After a few short weeks it began dropping signal. Now almost every day I start by unplugging it and restarting it because it’s dropped the cable signal. No I wouldn’t recommend this tv. Next time I’ll take some of the online reviews more seriously.

    I bought this less than 2 years ago. i keep it in the garage and don't use it much... I already need to replace it. Backlight is out. And yes, I have tried everything to fix the problem.

    Within two months of getting the tv, horizontal dots appeared on the screen. Still under warranty, called the technician and he replaced the entire screen. A year later the same issue occurred again. Seems like this is a grabage tv and prone to defects

    Won't Hold Settings or Connections.

    Will not hold settings or wi-fi connection. It was delivered and installed by two Geek Squad sub contractors who were in a big hurry. They did not assist with any of the tech input of ensuring the TV was properly responding. Their focus was principally on installing the TV mount to the wall. TV has not worked properly since install day.

      First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

      Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

    Stopped working after 1 year

    Was very happy until it stopped working after only 14 months. No picture, no sound screen turns on and off by itself. Tried unplugging to reset. Removed the batteries from the remote, tv still turning off and on by itself.

    Doesn't work - 21 months old and it will come on briefly and then reboot. If it stays on, it will then reboot when you press any key on the remote.

    3times in 4 years this tv decided to stop working. The blue/black screen of death for 2-3 days, then just magicall starts to work again. Each time it starts working horizontal lines appear permanently. Im done with Samsung

    The sound doesn't work on our new Samsung TV. Samsung warranty service finally came to fix it, but were unsuccessful. We are now requried to reschedule another service date. Unfortunately, we are past the 15 day return date. We are very unsatisfied.

    Quit working after a month. Ir sensor keeps turning it on and off repeatedly. Had samsung support tell me 4 times they'd get back to me in 24-48 hours in the past two months. They have completely failed to contact me. So i've had a broken tv for 2 months and no idea how i'm going to get it fixed without legal action...

    This is a beautiful TV, except that Samsung has programmed its smart tvs to automatically play the Samsung TV app whenever the tv is turned on, unless you affirmatively choose another app. I do not want my tv making these decisions for me, and it's very distracting while I'm trying to navigate to whatever show I want to watch. I would not recommend a Samsung product until this is fixed.
