I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with slow response time. To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.
2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output.
3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.

We have another Samsung “smart” TV so we thought this would be a good addition. We were right! This is excellent! The picture quality is superb, the ease of use is tops, We opted to have the Geeks install it and are very happy we did. Kudos to Best Buy and Samsung for a great product!

Too many options menus, etc. If the news is on at 12 noon and I'm late turning the tv on I want it on ASAP ! Not being asked about other choices to pick. Picture is great. Had trouble getting color . Was black & white. for a few days after delivery. Finally found a menu with the gray scale option which was on, Turning it off returned the color. Too many menues. Also blue tooth option appears on screen occasionally and I didn't request it. Can I shut this option off until I want a blue tooth connection ? I'm in an apartment complex. Could I be getting blue tooth signals from another apartment ?

Nice picture and works well with our 17 year old audio system through optical connection. The only problems we had were with mounting to our current 200 mm (8 inch) bolt patten on our wall mount and figuring out how to get it out of the box without squeezing the screen. The mount came with 22mm bolts, I had to buy 25 mm bolts and washers to get the recommended engagement of the bolts. The unboxing instructions were not clear about how to grip the TV when removing from the box.

I was looking for a relatively budget option, and this TV fit the price range. Very impressed with the quality for the price. I love the Tizen UI experience, and all the menus are very snappy and fast. This is a greatly improved streaming experience and I would highly recommend this TV to anyone. The picture quality is excellent for the price.
