    Worst TV I've ever owned

    Stay far away from this garbage. This TV is the worst TV I've ever purchased and I've owned every brand. The picture quality on the 2015 Hisense it replaced is superior in every way. Dull, not sharp, not bright are all great ways to describe the picture quality. I've tried every setting and nothing helps. The remote is the most unintuitive I've ever used. The 'smart' operating system is very slow and cumbersome. Don't let the reviewers who were incentivized to provide a review sway you, they're not being truthful.

      First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

      Next, you mentioned adjusting your picture settings but I have put a few below, just in case.

      Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.

    Find something else. Clumsy and bright

    I hate the interface. I use Hulu as my main platform and there’s no easy way to get there. The remote does not have voice command you can not use Alexa with it. The picture is very bright almost washed out. I’ll be returning.the sound is horrible.

      We appreciate your feedback on the CU7000 TV's user interface. To quickly access Hulu and other apps, press the Home button on your remote. From there, use the up-directional button and then scroll over to Hulu. If Hulu is not on your Menu, go to Apps> Hulu> long hold and select Add to Home.

    Unable to Sync Bluetooth

    Not what I wanted but can’t afford to purchase another. Listed on sire as having Bluetooth. I tried three different Bluetooth headsets and it would not sync with any. Bought the TV specifically to sync with headset. TV is nice but does not meet my needs.

      Thank you for providing feedback on the Bluetooth issues you are experiencing. I recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of your headset to ensure it is compatible with the Samsung TV. If they are different brands, please try the troubleshooting steps.

      You can connect Bluetooth audio devices to the TV. They must be paired using the TV's Bluetooth function. Go to: Settings> All Settings>> Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List

      - If the TV fails to find a Bluetooth audio device, place the device closer to the TV and select Refresh.
      - When you turn on a paired Bluetooth audio device, the TV detects it automatically and then displays a pop-up window. Use this pop-up window to activate or deactivate the Bluetooth audio device.

      You can check the Connection Guide for detailed information regarding connecting your speakers. Go to Source > Connection Guide > Audio Device > Bluetooth.

      Some things to keep in mind when using Bluetooth headphones:
      - You can only pair one Bluetooth audio device at a time.
      - You can't use Bluetooth devices and the Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup feature (also called Surround) or TV SoundConnect simultaneously.

      I also recommend ensuring your Firmware is up to date. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

    Black Screen with sound

    I purchased two of these TVs. One worked fine for 4mo months and the other worked fine for one year. Samsung is putting cheap parts in these Tvs.

    Awful overall experience.

    The entire experience was a complete ZERO. Done with Best Buy. The worst customer service. Took 7 case numbers, infinite calls and chats with the same script each and every time and almost 4 weeks for a defective tv to Be picked up for return OUTRAGEOUS!!!

    Don't buy this tv

    The tv set failed in 6 days. Best Buy was great about returning it and I selected a different brand. No tv should have a major fail in 6 days. I would say do not buy this tv, however Best Buy was great to work with!

    Be aware of the streaming proplems with this TV. A lot of buffering, freezing and dropping occur while streaming. The internet has numerous reports of this.

    Can't get to settings
