This Samsung 50inch cu8000 has crystal very bright picture.

Nice TV for the investment used in my office , only real issue is a little reflective glare on the screen requiring you to "darken " the room . The only other minor thing is that the remote is not great and needs to be updated , Otherwise highly recommend at this price point .

I can't trust Samsung anymore.. this is the slowest, buggiest, most infuriating tv I have ever used. I literally miss my cheap Insignia tv after having bought this piece of crap. Every button takes several seconds to respond, the network speed is so slow, and the stupid UI is impossible to use! Why can't we just have imputs? Why can't I adjust the backlight levels? Why do I have to fumble thru a shoddy series of menus just to switch to my Xbox? Why does my Xbox turn itself on every time I turn my TV on? Why does it always turn on Samsung TV garbage as my most recent when I have never ever used that crap? Why is the volume so quiet then loud? I've never had these problems until I payed more for less with Samsung.

Customer service was horrible online, they mislead me on pricing, installation and screwed up delivery and set up. Never again will I ever buy anything fro Best Buy. Spoke to so called supervisor, so sorry we needed to get out of his office chair. Apparently I was a bother.

great tv for the price...samsung is the go to for our family...

Life saver! Our TV had these bright spots and we needed a new TV in time for family party to watch all the sport TV events. Luckily the Best Buy WLA location had the right size for curbside pick up!

A switch out of a two year old TV that had some problems with a new Samsung was seamless. A call to the Geek squad about the situation, a decision on how to fix the problem, and the install of a new tv was very equitable and fast.

Good TV for the price. Looks good and the stand's legs were shorter just the way I needed them to be. Only reason I gave it a 4 star was the picture is not quite as sharp as other 4k TV's I have.

Great customer service from Dustin helping us get our new TV and the universal remote we needed. You do not find this type of help in very many stores.

So far so good, it's everything we expected it to be. Solar powered remote works pretty well and you can view how much battery is left in the settings.

Fully excited about my smart tv and it’s functionality in my home. More importantly thank you to the Best Buy staff for making sure I could explore all purchasing options to make this happen.

Really enjoy having my TV mounted on a wall where it can be tilted/moved in different directions, then tucked away flat against wall when not in use. I think the picture could be a little clearer, but all -in-all, it’s a good TV

Working great so far. The reviews are mixed, but we are very happy with this tv. This was an open box purchase which saved us some money. So far so good.

After 2years in December 2025 a floating black spot appeared on screen running from top to bottom and the tv stopped working. A couple of days later, the tv started working again. At the end of January, the floating spot appeared again, and tv doesnt work. Probably the last Samsung I ever bought.
