    We bought this recently and haven’t been so impressed the TV sound is not loud. The tv will randomly turn off by itself and the tv is new?! It has some pretty cool features like being able to connect your phones camera and see your self but if I could return and trade for a different one I would .

    The screen went out after 7 months but Samsang did send a person out to replace the screen. It was an ordeal but it is fixed
